Shipping times vary greatly based on location. While we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible it is important to note that shipping times are in addition to the 3-5 days for order processing. Currently we only ship orders in the United States using a fulfillment center. Shipping times for most products ordered on our website is between 5-23 working days. Your item is specifically printed for you and we start your order after you complete your order. That means your order is a custom order. Therefore we are not able to accept returns on your item. Should you find that your item is misprinted/damaged/defective a warranty claim must be started within 15 days after the product has been received. To file a claim send an email to warranty@vacaywear.shop with the title "Warranty Replacement Request". Our customer service team will assist you once your email is received.
