Why should I become a Travel Agent?

What kind of investment to I need to start?

To start a traditional business you normally need thousands of dollars to invest just to get started. This is not the case with being a Travel Agent, our agents only need a small monthly subscription to access our extensive list of top ravel suppliers and booking engines. Your investment is minimal financially and you determine your time investment.

Other than my subscription, what other cost are there?

This depends on you, if you are doing this more for personal travel or more of a part time, then you really do not need much, just a phone and computer and a desire to learn about travel. If you are looking to make this a full time income business then we recommend you invest in a basic website, email client and a few subscriptions such as Canva and MailChimp. We will give you guidance based on your individual goals.

I've never setup a business, where do I get help from?

This is one of the most appealing parts to becoming an Agent with us. Our host agency provides extensive training (daily and weekly), our suppliers (Disney, Royal Caribbean, Hyatt and more) offer free training, and the travel experts at Blessed Travel Vacations become your mentor for your success. No experience is necessary just a desire to learn and grow. We have a proven track record of turning excitement into success.

What if I start and realize this is not for me?

We understand that starting and running a travel business may not be for everyone. As a travel agent with us there is no time commitment, no income commitment, we will never ask you how much time you are working your business, we are there for your success, if that is what you want. Your subscription is month to month and you can cancel anytime. When we say this has no risk we mean it.

How much money can I make?

If you decide to become an agent to save on personal travel, you will typically find that with just 1 trip per year it pays for the subscription. If you choose to be an agent as a business, typically selling just 1 standard cruise per month you will break even and possibly enjoy a nice dinner. But if you want to grow your income potential, then you have come to the right place. It is not uncommon for many of the agents in our network to make well into $100k+ each year.
