Your item is specifically printed for you and we start your order after you complete your order. That means your order is a custom order. Therefore we are not able to accept returns on your item. Should you find that your item is misprinted/damaged/defective a warranty claim must be started within 15 days after the product has been received. To file a claim send an email to warranty@vacaywear.shop with the title "Warranty Replacement Request". Our customer service team will assist you once your email is received.
